Jep, that’s right! Jasmine’s official app is now on iTunes. The app’s official twitter (@JasmineVapp) says that if you can download apps for iPhone, you should be able to get it, but when you follow the link to iTunes, it says it’s only available for iPad. But don’t worry, if you can’t get it for your iPhone/iPod Touch yet, Jasmine said on twitter that it will be available sometime next week. Unfortunately, if you have an Android phone, you won’t be able to get it in the near future. Although, @JasmineVapp tweeted that they’re working on getting it on the Android app market, so look out for that!
And to the people who already downloaded the app, I hope you’re enjoying it!
Jasmine V’s “Just A Friend” video rings pretty true to real life. It’s about a girl who likes a guy who sends mixed signals – but insists they’re just friends. In fact, it’s hard to watch the vid and not wonder if Jasmine ever found herself in this predicament. If she has, we have to wonder who that guy was! The “Just A Friend” music video is totally relatable. Jasmine’s advice from the video is to just walk away. What do you think a girl should do in that situation?
Earlier today, the celeb website JustJaredJr.com posted an article about Jasmine’s new music video Just a Friend.
Jasmine V walks the streets of her neighborhood in the brand-new video for “Just a Friend.”
The 17-year-old musician tells TooFab about the tune, “‘Just A Friend’ is an inspirational song to teach girls to value themselves and if they’re with a guy who doesn’t want to claim them in public, then they need to realize he’s not the one for them and keep it pushing.”
And you Jasminators liked Jasmine V music video Just a Friend?
Jasmine V had an interview with the American Cheerleader magazine:
AC: You have an enormous Youtube and Twitter following. What do you think social media in general is doing for artists in general?
JV: It gives fans a chance to talk to you and feel close to me. I like keeping them involved with what I’m doing.
AC: How do you maintain a healthy body image while in the spotlight?
JV: A lot of times it has to do with what you wear and how you wear it. You really have to find something that fits your body right and suits you.
AC: When did you first fall in love with music?
JV: So long ago! My parents told me that when I was a baby I’d mumble the lyrics to “You Are Not Alone” by Michael Jackson a lot. Music was something I grew up with. I’d go crazy without it.
AC: Can you describe your upcoming album?
JV: It’s going to be really relatable to my fans. There are a lot of songs about first crushes and first heartbreaks.
AC: What’s one of your favorite songs right now?
JV: “Just The Way You Are” by Bruno Mars. I went to his concert recently and he’s so good.
AC: Who are some artists that you would like to work with?
JV: I’d love to work with Alicia Keys. She’s been my idol ever since I was little. If I ever see her I’ll be like, “Oh my God.” I’d also love to work with Rihanna, because music-wise I see myself as like a baby Rihanna—only toned down a bit.
AC: Do you feel like you’re as bold as her?
JV: Yeah. You know how Beyoncé has a fierce alter ego? like I feel like I have one, too. I can be the girl that’s vulnerable and then the total opposite—the girl who’s talking about a guy having to work for my love.
AC: What’s the best advice you’ve got?
JV: “Nothing comes to sleepers but a dream.” It’s basically saying when you sleep you dream, but that’s all you’re ever gonna do if you never work hard.
